Everything in the one unit

The Fusion Power Bank 40Ah is a complete vehicle power system for the Starlink Mini. The battery, the DC-DC charger, the Starlink Smart Power System and the ignition control all live inside one slim case — nothing to wire together between separate boxes, and nothing extra to find room for.

It connects straight to your vehicle battery with the supplied 8.5m harness. The ignition wire is already run inside the harness, so once it's in, the unit knows when the engine is running and looks after the rest on its own.

Built for the Starlink Mini (not the Standard or Performance dish).

What it does

Keeps Starlink running with the engine off. Pull up, shut the engine down and stay online. The 40Ah battery carries the Starlink Mini so you're not idling just to hold a connection.

Charges while you drive. The built-in DC-DC charger tops the pack back up on the way to the next job — without pulling your start battery down.

Two ignition timers, set separately. One timer for Starlink and one for the auxiliary output. Shut Starlink down 30 minutes after the key goes off and leave a router running longer, or the other way around — whatever suits how you work.

Low-voltage protection on both outputs, set separately. Give Starlink and the auxiliary output different cutoff points, so the gear that matters most is the last thing to drop off.

Monitor it locally or remotely. Check battery percentage and how the system is tracking while you're at the vehicle, or look in on it from anywhere.

Auxiliary output for your other comms gear. Choose 12V, 24V, 36V or 48V output to suit a third-party router, a repeater or whatever else you're running. It's a separate output on a separate timer, so you control that gear independently of Starlink.

Optional GPS and In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS). Add vehicle tracking to the same unit instead of fitting another box and running another set of wires — useful on mine sites and for anyone running a fleet.

Fits where other units won't

The unit is under 50mm thick, so it slides in behind the rear seats of most utes and wagons. It stays out of the way, out of sight and off your tray or load space.

One wiring job

Run the harness to the battery, connect it up and you're done. The 8.5m length suits most vehicles and the ignition wire is already in the loom — no separate ignition feed to chase down and no relay to add.
