Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not incorporated into the product price or shipping and handling costs. The buyer is accountable for these charges, as we solely charge the transportation fee for the order. Regulations and Restrictions: The buyer assumes responsibility for acquiring information about their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions relevant to the purchase of our products. When placing an international order (shipping outside Australia), the buyer must adhere to their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions. In the event that customs seizes, destroys, or returns a product to Australia, we disclaim responsibility for any losses, products, or shipping refunds. If a second delivery attempt is desired, the buyer is responsible for covering the associated shipping costs.

Our 12-Month Product Warranty does not cover any damages incurred during international shipping.
