01 Do I need a Starlink subscription to use your gear?
Yes. Our mounts and power solutions work with your existing Starlink Roam or Business subscription. If you don't have a Dishy yet, we can supply one alongside your setup.
02 Will your mounts fit my vehicle?
Our tough mounts are universal - designed to fit any flat or near-flat surface on ute's, 4WDs, caravans, motorhomes, trailers and fixed installations. If in doubt, send us a photo of your roof and we'll confirm before you order.
03 Can I hot-swap the batteries on Grab & Go?
Yes. Batteries are electrically isolated so you can swap them one at a time - as long as at least one battery stays connected and charged, the unit remains online. No downtime.
04 Do you install Australia-wide?
Our workshop is in Australia and we offer national installation through a network of trusted partners. For fleets, Contact us with your location and we'll confirm.
05 What warranty do you offer?
Two years on all hardware, plus lifetime workshop support. We build gear we'd run on our own vehicles - and we back it that way.
06 Is there trade pricing for installers?
Yes. Apply for trade pricing via our trade portal - you'll get tiered discounts, priority stock and access to our installer training materials.
07 Can I run this off my caravan's 12 V system?
The Basic and Smart setups run on 12 V or 24 V DC, so they plug straight into your existing caravan or vehicle electrics - no inverter required.
