How Do I Change the SSID or Password on the Outback Comms Router?

1. Connect to your Outback Comms Wi-Fi network: Make sure your device (phone, tablet, or computer) is connected to the router’s Wi-Fi.

2. Open a web browser and enter the following IP address: 192.168.10.1

3. Login to the router interface using the default password: admin

4. Navigate to the Menu Bar > Wireless > Network.

5. Here, you can update your SSID (Wi-Fi name) and Wi-Fi password.

6. Click or Apply to confirm changes. Your router will reboot and apply the new settings.

Note: You’ll need to reconnect your device using the new Wi-Fi name and password once the changes take effect.

How Do I Disassemble the Tough Mount?

Disassembly is quick and straightforward. The Tough Mount is engineered to hold your Dish and acrylic cover securely in place using a pressure-fit system—ensuring it stays fixed even in the harshest conditions.

How Do I Activate My Starlink Dish?

If you have bundled a Starlink dish with your order you will have to activate with
your KIT number that will be on underside of your dish or emailed to you (please
check your junk folder).

1. Go to starlink.com/activate and type your KIT number in to the text field.

2. Click on ‘New Account’ if you are new to Starlink or ‘Existing Account’ if already an
existing user.

3. Once signed in, select what plan you would like your Starlink Dish to be on, entering in your personal/billing details.

4. Once processed please wait 5 - 20 minutes for your Starlink to be completely
Activated.
